• Matching, coding supplier DO, E-Invoice, PO
• Call supplier for invoices.
• Key in Invoices, Petty Cash, Journal.     
• Type inter company invoice/ billing, prepare notes to accounts.  
• Checking monthly wages.
• Checking factory material receiving records 
• Back ups accounts/ ordering office stationery

AutoCount System Management

• Assist in all matters relating to AutoCount system implementation, including legacy data entry, import and reconciliation across all modules.
• Communicate with other users and assist them in the usage system.
• Monitor and follow-up on data inconsistencies.
• Maintain inventory items.
• Maintain item prices and costing data.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory availability.
• Review and reconcile data to external sources and reports.
• Extract data and tailor reports.
