Education: Diploma or certificate in Accounting , Finance , Business Administration, or related Field Experience: 1-3 years Nationality: Malaysians Only Own transport: None

We are established Plastic and Rubber Extrusion Manufacturer in Olak Lempit Banting , Kuala Langat, Selangor.We seek suitable candidate for the post.

- Record daily financial transaction accurately into the accounting system
- Prepare and process invoices , receipts ,payment vouchers, and other accounting document
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial record
- Assist with monthly and year -end closing activities
- Prepare basic accounting reports and summaries
- Check and reconcile discrepancies in financial recors
- Liase with suppliers , customer , and other department regarding accounting matters
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and confidentially
- Prepare payroll for worker
- Update and record staff attendance

Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting , Finance , Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principled and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with micrisoft excel and accounting software
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest , responsible, and able to handle confidential financial information
