About the role Join the CSA team delivering the civil, structural, and architectural works for a large-scale data centre construction project — from foundation and structural works through to building envelope and finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage or execute civil and structural works coordination, supervision, and quality control on-site
  
• Review structural and architectural drawings, technical submittals, and method statements
  
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other trade teams (MEP, planning, BIM) on interface issues
  
• Monitor construction progress against schedule and specifications
  
• Ensure works comply with structural safety standards and project quality requirements
  
• Support site inspections, testing, and defect rectification processes
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  
• Experience ranging from senior engineer to managerial level, depending on position applied
  
• Experience in large-scale construction projects; data centre or industrial project experience an advantage
  
• Strong understanding of civil/structural construction methods and standards
  
• Good coordination skills across multiple trade disciplines
