• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls

• Create, update, and manage customer service cases in the system

• Coordinate and process spare parts requests for service cases

• Arrange and schedule technician visits based on customer requirements

• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure

• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the customer service team

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Training will be provided

• Working Location: Ubi

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $2600

• Able to commit for 6 months contract (Subject to extension or conversion to perm)

• Able to start work within short notice
