About Us
We are an established sports equipment retailer opening a new store in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing equipment and accessories
- Assess trade-in equipment (training provided)
- Process sales, payments and daily cash closing
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock displays and price tags
- Take product photos and videos for online listings
- Respond to customer enquiries in store and by phone
Requirements
- SPM or equivalent
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Friendly, honest and customer-focused
- Interest in sports, especially golf, is an advantage; training provided
- Able to work weekends and public holidays with rotating off days
