Executive Compass Hiring! Full Time Senior CAM Engineer in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 11,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Should have adequate knowledge of InCAM Pro software to generate proper tooling for production and using all the options in InCAM Pro software
• Read customer data into CAM work station to identify customer design and features for furture use.
• Check customer design to find out the design issues, which are not matched with specification and guidelines also to clarify design issue for data preparation, find out out of capability design and highlight them
• Search for the long term improvement in CAM area of standard workflow, automation possibility, technology study and so on.
• Tooling preparation for production of daily business, keep high efficency and good quality.
• Preparation of trials and rework tools tosupport production for test and rework.
• Error rate control and improvement action as a tooling preparation team, we need to control the rate as low as possible to minus the bad influence to company and customer because of design error.
• Implement engineering change request on tooling and to follow change request to prepare the tooling and backup the previous one for traceablity.
• Maintain data back up system to preserve customer original data integrated and keep all data information easy for identification;
• Provide training to new colleague and make internal sharing in the team to execute all the trainings on time and efficient, monitor the progress of training
• Follow SSS and design guildeline for daily job study SSS and design guideline and implement it on tooling preparation and not violate with customer requirement
• Running optimization of CAM preparation to improve efficiency and accuracy in terms of tooling design
• As team member of projects to Follow project leader’s requirement to start tasks.
• Support on production for cooperation with productoin and keep close touch with them, know what they want and how can we support.
• Other Job assignment from superior to finish all these jobs on time with high reliability
• Pass on information about daily business and new technologies to the superior of basic requirement, keep boss be updated for key tasks.
• Prepare CAM Work Instruction to guide and train the new CAM member
• Conforming to the guidelines specified in the procedures, new job, process instruction Quotation and other documentation to ensure the product quality
• Knowledge of FMEA of the department and ensuring the implementation of all the guidelines specified in these documents to ensure the product quality
• Updating of all standard documents of the department like product specific checklist ************* ensure proper documentation.
• Other duties assigned for superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in PECAM at PCB/ SMT/Integrated Circuit Substrate industry is preferable
• Good knowledge in IT knowledge, especially CAM (Computer Added Manufacturing)
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Good leadership skills, team spirit, able to be part of a team and team leader as well
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• CAM: 5 years (Preferred)
