Responsibilities
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Half Day)
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Off Day
Key Competencies

Key Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick items based on online customer orders and pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Return Processing: Inspect returned goods, log incoming data, and process exchanges or restocks according to company policy.
Retail & Customer Facing
- Customer Service: Warmly assist walk-in customers, answer product inquiries, and make tailored recommendations.
- Cashiering: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system (handling cash/card/e-payments) and balance the daily register.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse packing, retail sales, or POS cashiering is an advantage.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks
- Friendly personality with basic communication skills to assist walk-in customers.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with cash handling.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
