Role Description The Pricing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang Office. This position is responsible for preparing freight rate quotations, updating and maintaining pricing schedules, maintain relation with main liners for space booking and slot rates and supporting the sales team with competitive rate proposals. Daily tasks include analyzing market rates, liaising with carrier and vendor partners, and coordinating with operations and customer service to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility. The Pricing Executive will monitor cost structures, margins, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding operations, especially container and port-related processes.
• Ability to interpret market trends, costs, and margins to support competitive pricing decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, operations, and external partners.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, calculations, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Klang Malaysia and manage multiple pricing requests under time constraints.
• Prior experience in a pricing, commercial, or operations role in the shipping industry.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Having no reatriction work visa or malaysia national preferred.
