1) Supervise his / her subordinated and provide assistance where necessary.

2) Council his / her subordinate periodically.

3) Addressing issue of subordinates’ discipline.

4) Report all occurrences and abnormal to senior supervisor.

5) In command and control of his / her department.

6) Stock and inventory control.

7) Monthly stock takes and Monthly Report.

8) Manpower arrangement.

9) Ensure the productivity, output and quality issue at production floor comply with company standard.

10) Responsible on subordinate training plan.

11) Ensure daily activities are comply with Company Environmental Policy and Procedure.

12) Perform other tasks related to departmental requirements as and when requested by the department.

Competency requirement:

Education: Minimum Diploma or advance or higher

Experience: 3 years above as supervisor / Engineer / related to injection molding

Skills: Supervisory, Injection Molding, Assembly, Technical and computer knowledge.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
