• Coordinate and monitor vendor orders and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Follow up on pending orders, delivery status, and shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Prepare and maintain planning schedules and related reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve delivery or supply issues.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the SAP system.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate any delays or issues when necessary.
• Perform other planning and coordination duties as assigned.
• Experience in Vendor Planning, Material Planning, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
