Job Summary

Responsible for the operation of the Kitchen (Western / Cold/ Asian), from raw ingredient preparation to the final presentation of dishes.

Job Responsibilities

• Culinary Excellence: Expertly prepare, cook, and present a wide range of Western /Cold / Asian dishes according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
• Mise en Place: Ensure all raw ingredients are prepped correctly and efficiently before service, including advanced knife skills and portion control.
• Safety & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the work area and equipment remain spotless at all times.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
