you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided lead lists.
• Introduce company products/services professionally.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth lead handover.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company processes and communication standards.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Contact Center, or Inside Sales.
• Strong outbound calling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Freshsales is preferred.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Preferred Experience

• B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
• Customer support or voice process.
• Experience in SaaS, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, BPO, or Staffing.
• Experience handling international or regional customers is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
