Greatech Mechatronics (M) Hiring! Full Time Assembly - Installation Supervisor in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and machine testing activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and guide assembly technicians, installers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor assembly progress, material availability, and outstanding parts to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review engineering drawings and provide feedback to the Engineering team on design improvements and assembly concerns.
• Troubleshoot assembly and installation issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Ensure all assembly work complies with engineering drawings, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, servicing, and customer support activities, including site supervision and customer training.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S), equipment condition, and report facility-related issues within the assembly area.
• Prepare progress reports, monitor project timelines, and communicate project status with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, safety regulations, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in machine assembly, installation, or automation equipment manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly, machine installation, and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for machine installation and customer support when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
