About the Role

VIVE is looking for a creative, proactive and responsible Junior Graphic Designer to support the design and development of our own stationery, packaging and lifestyle products.

This role goes beyond graphic design. You will be involved in the full product journey from concept and artwork to production, customer meetings and final product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop VIVE products such as notebooks, planners, calendars, packaging, paper bags and stationery.
• Prepare artwork, mockups and production-ready files.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for daily design work.
• Work with printing specifications such as CMYK, Pantone, bleed and dielines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams on samples, revisions and production matters.
• Present design ideas and concepts to management and customers when required.
• Attend customer meetings and understand their design requirements.
• Follow up on projects from design stage until the final product is completed.
• Support product photography, e-commerce visuals, social media content and promotional materials.
• Handle general graphic design tasks when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of InDesign and/or Canva is an advantage.
• Good understanding of layout, typography and colour.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable attending meetings and communicating with customers.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to follow up on tasks.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to learn about printing, production and product development.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Job Details

• Salary: RM2,300 depending on experience and suitability.
• Working days: 5 days + ½ day per week.
• Working location: Rawang.Indu
• Interview location: Taman Industri Integrasi Rawang
• Age requirement: 19–35 years old.
