Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Global Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role, preferably managing complex or multinational accounts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience in revenue, profitability, account performance, and customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, adaptable, organised, and results-oriented approach.
