Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing food & beverage products, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and other related supplies in line with the company's operational and menu requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality, food safety standards, pricing, delivery reliability, and service to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to achieve the best value while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of perishable and non-perishable items, and promptly resolve any supply shortages or discrepancies.
• Work closely with the culinary, operations, and warehouse teams to understand menu changes, seasonal demands, and forecasted consumption to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and inventory data in the procurement system.
• Regularly review and analyze market trends, ingredient costs, and alternative suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve menu profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations (such as HACCP), and procurement best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, supplier relationships, and overall supply chain resilience within the F&B operations.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in the F&B industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in F&B.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and F&B supply chain processes.
• High integrity and professionalism.
