Logistics Associate

Training provided

• Coordinate end-to-end operations for freight shipments
• Book flights with airlines / Ocean lines and secure cargo space
• Arrange shipment collection with customers and internal teams
• Track and monitor shipment status, keeping customers informed

Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare full sets of shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and IATA rules
• Update shipment data in cargo management systems

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates
• Generate competitive quotations for clients
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Operational Efficiency

• Coordinate with various departments, including sales and operations
• Implement improvements to enhance service capabilities
• Monitor progress to achieve monthly targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
