Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Key Roles
Manage Tree House / Student Services Hub, ensuring safe and welcoming environment
Build positive relationships with identified students
Provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students unable to integrate back to class
Plan and conduct intervention programmes (academic support, mentoring, engagement)
Observe, identify, document student needs and report to Student Development Team
Provide feedback on student needs and programme experience
Conduct termly review of engagement programme and recommend improvements
Maintain professional conduct with students and school personnel
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree
in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or related disciplines
Registered Social Worker
or Social Work Practitioner with
SASW
At least
2 years' relevant experience
