About the Role

Contribute to AI capabilities that support career guidance, CV intelligence, matching, structured extraction, recommendations and recruitment workflows. The role may involve model evaluation, inference optimisation, prompt and structured-output design, retrieval workflows and applied machine learning.

As a AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you may contribute to different areas of the Neural Career Network ecosystem depending on your experience, interests and the requirements of upcoming projects. Specific responsibilities, scope, deliverables, duration and engagement terms will be communicated when a suitable opportunity becomes available.

What You May Work On

 Prototype and improve AI/ML features for career and recruitment use cases.

 Evaluate models for quality, latency, memory use, cost and reliability.

 Design structured extraction, ranking, recommendation and classification workflows.

 Support model serving, experimentation, evaluation datasets and monitoring.

 Collaborate with application developers to integrate AI features into production systems.

What We're Looking For

 Strong Python skills and practical experience with machine learning or applied AI.

 Understanding of model evaluation, data preparation and production inference concepts.

 Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, ranking or recommendation systems.

 Ability to reason about accuracy, latency, memory, privacy and system trade-offs.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 Professional, responsible approach to commitments and deadlines.
