• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment when necessary.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, and product quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience (construction or engineering industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
