Fu Tai Industrial Development Company Limited Hiring! Full Time Facility- Technical Officer in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities:

l   Prepare and invite quotations for building repairs and maintenance of building services, analyze the quotations received and make recommendations on award of works contracts

l   Handle enquiries, requests and complaints of tenants and liaise with them for handover/recovery of premises

l   To prepare annual maintenance plan, oversee maintenance services and monitor the outsourced contractors

l   Liaise with the Incorporated Owners/Owners Committee in buildings of multi-ownership on various building management issues

l   Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

l   Degree / higher diploma in Facility Management/ Property Management/ Building Services or related disciplines

l   3 years’ relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance

l   Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) is preferred

l   Independent and proactive

l   Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

l   Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.

l   Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin ‎
