Cushman & Wakefield Hiring! Full Time Space and Inventory Coordinator in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracking physical workspace allocation, inventory, and equipment lifecycles. 

• Experience in asset and space management, including Storehouse services.

•  Responsible for establishing ledgers, tracking status, registering transfers, and conducting preliminary reviews of the scrap process for office-related assets within the building, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and records.

• Execute workspace allocation, adjustments, and releases based on demand, maintain the accuracy of workspace system data, and coordinate relocation support.

• Undertake building-wide notifications and announcements assigned by the group, update promotional boards/electronic screens, handle holiday atmosphere setups, and execute small-scale employee engagement activities.
   

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or its equivalent.

• Relevant experience and professional background in asset management in required.

• Holders of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• Possessing good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
