Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Admin & Accounts Executive
to support our daily accounting, administrative and office operations.
Responsibilities & Duties
Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, recording payments and following up on outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other accounting records.
Prepare monthly payroll and maintain basic staff payroll records.
Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure company records, documents and files are properly organised and kept up to date.
Assist with other general office and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum N-Level / O-Level / Diploma qualification.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
Careful, responsible and organised with good attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous accounts or administrative experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

10:00am – 6:30pm
Salary Range:
$2,800 – $3,200 per month
