Lufthansa Cargo Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Manages Sales and customer Relationships
• Perform flight planning activities to optimize revenue, including cargo load planning
• Conduct sales activities for joint venture partner airline capacity

• Support customers in selecting and proactively selling suitable transport solutions in collaboration with Handling and Outside Sales
• Process customer requests and bookings in line with the Cargo Booking Manual
• Book standard and special products, including OAL segments, and conduct loadability and profitability checks
• Prepare ad hoc quotations in accordance with agreed guidelines
• Process charter requests with the Network-on-Demand team
• Maintain account data in the CRM tool and communicate updates
• Support new business acquisition through inbound call follow-ups
• Assist Sales in achieving annual revenue and budget targets
• Accompany Outside Sales Representatives on customer visits
• Share market intelligence with Outside Sales and the Sales Manager

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cargo sales and customer service or equivalent experience is preferred
• Must possess legal work permit in Hong Kong
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
• Advanced IT skills, preferably including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
