Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Hunter to accelerate our merchant acquisition across Hong Kong. You will be on the front lines—proactively identifying prospective clients, conducting cold outreach, visiting field merchants, and closing deals for our smart queuing and booking solutions. If you thrive on high-velocity sales and uncapped earning potential, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and perform cold calls / direct merchant visits to acquire new B2B accounts (F&B, retail, services, and local venues).
Pipeline & Target Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing, ensuring consistent delivery against individual monthly targets.
Pitching & On-site Closing: Conduct solution demonstrations, address client operational pain points, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals efficiently.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and local competitor activity to sharpen your pitching strategy and optimize close rates.
Requirements:
Proven Hunting Experience: 1–3+ years of direct sales, outdoor field sales, cold outreach, or merchant acquisition experience (prior background in POS, F&B tech, payment gateways, or SaaS is a strong plus).
Hunter Personality: Self-driven, resilient, and highly comfortable with door-to-door visits, cold calls, and aggressive lead generation.
Closing Mastery: Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication: Fluency in Cantonese is essential; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
