Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations and people management initiatives.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and people-oriented personality.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and workforce planning.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and career progression initiatives.
- Coordinate training programmes to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Promote a positive workplace culture and reinforce company values across the organization.
- Conduct coaching, counselling, and employee engagement activities.
- Foster effective communication between management and employees.
- Support initiatives that strengthen teamwork, employee satisfaction, and retention.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and administrative processes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, training providers, and educational institutions.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
- Support company events, internal projects, and other HR-related initiatives.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Coach and support team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide recommendations that contribute to organizational development and people excellence.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management when required.
