OBLIGATION :

Internal & External Customers

The Human Resources Executive will support the Human Resources office as a generalist. Key area of responsibility will be supporting Human Resources Administration in learning, benefits, recruitment and enhancing employee relations.

PRODUCTS PRODUCED:

• Conduct recruitment activities including recruitment drives in schools or tours
• Manages recruitment process such as screening, background check and onboarding process
• Develop and maintain Human Resources standard of procedures (SOP) in the hotel in providing learning experiences / training for all employees
• Preparing documentations for all staff movements which include hiring, confirmation, promotions, transfer, termination
• Prepare reports on a monthly basis as directed
• Enforce and participate in Employee Recognition programs
• Manage the Performance Review process
• Maintain a complete and up to date filing system
• Enforce the employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Be a catalyst of change in delivering Human Resources solutions

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
