As a Lead Business Analyst – AI & Data, you will lead the business analysis function for AI, Generative AI, and data initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will drive AI adoption, shape data strategies, and guide the delivery of innovative AI and data‑driven solutions.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Strategic Planning, Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Define and maintain the AI, Generative AI, and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Champion AI adoption by articulating business value, use cases, and transformation opportunities.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Lead discussions, documentation, and validation of business requirements for AI and data solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for AI and data applications.

AI & Data Use Case Development & Advisory

• Identify high‑impact AI and data use cases and assess business value and feasibility.
• Support design and prototyping of AI solutions (chatbots, predictive models, automation workflows).
• Advise business units on leveraging Microsoft OpenAI, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ensure AI solutions align with data privacy, ethical AI principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks related to AI deployments.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, AI, or related field.
• You have 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management.
• You have 5+ years of experience with AI, ML, and data technologies (Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics).
• You have a proven track record of leading AI initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• You have a good understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, data lifecycle management, and model deployment.
• You are familiar with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• You can interpret data science outputs and convert them into actionable business recommendations.
• You have experience working with large language models such as GPT, Claude, and Llama, and understand their business applications.
