Responsibilities:

• Manage Takaful Contract & Certificate Processing: Oversee the administration and processing of Takaful contracts and certificates.
• Facilitate Intermediary Liaison: Act as a key contact for internal and external intermediaries to monitor administrative procedures and requirements for Takaful certificates.
• Ensure Timely Issuance: Guarantee that Takaful certificate issuance checklists are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Report Generation & Submission: Compile and submit monthly reports for internal and external monitoring of Takaful certificate administration.
• Claims Monitoring: Oversee documents and ensure claims are paid within the SLA or as agreed with clients.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all internal and external guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide Project Support: Assist Account Managers, Team Leaders, and Unit Heads with special tasks, assignments, projects, or events as needed.

Candidate Preferences:

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in insurance or any related fields
• Familiarity with operational functions/willing to learn
