Finance Business Partner (Singapore)


Our client, a leading multinational organization in the logistics and supply chain sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support business growth and drive financial excellence across its Singapore operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing actionable insights to management through detailed financial analysis.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end settlement operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Oversee treasury activities such as cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and proactively manage tax planning and risk control initiatives.
  • Supervise financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and financial governance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience with exposure to full-spectrum finance management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, treasury management, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost management, taxation, risk management, and business partnering.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
  • Prior experience within the logistics, supply chain, transportation, or large multinational group environment will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to Southeast Asian markets and regional finance operations is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for collaboration with regional stakeholders.
