Working location: West
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Training Provided
Job Responsibilities:
To process all AMS customer’s requests & handle customer inquiries on AMS matter
To assist Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of AMS customer programming
Responsible in processing AMS report according to customer’s request or schedule
To perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Centre
Conduct periodic backup & archive customer’s history transactions and database
To backup Technical Department & response to AMS Technical Fault
Any others ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Nitec in Business Administration qualification or relevant
Training provided for those lesser/without experience
