Metronic Engineering Hiring! Full Time Service Manager in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

1. To coordinate and oversee all the service operations, including staff training and supervision.

2. To create, implementing and evaluating the service team business plans.

3. To assist in controlling cost, schedule and work scope during implementation by Service division.

4. To assist in ensuring adequate qualified resources and to confirm the roles, responsibilities and technical interdependencies between various team members.

5. To assist in developing teams, individual and self enhance performance i.e. to develop and improve team through planning and activities; identify, review and improve developmental activities for individuals.

6. To assist in planning, allocating and evaluating work carried out by teams, individuals and self i.e. to plan and up-date work objectives for teams and individuals; allocate work and evaluate teams, individuals and self against objective.

7. To assist in creating, maintaining and enhancing effective working relationship i.e. establish and maintain trust and support on one employee, identify and minimise interpersonal conflict.

8. To assist in seeking, evaluating, exchanging and organizing information to aid decision making and problem solving.

9. To lead the team doing energy audit for improvement on energy efficiency and proposed energy saving measures for buildings.

10. To assist the Retrofit Sales Team to do site audits, prepare reports and proposals.

11. To review and improve the SOPs for the current and new work processes.

12. To assist in maintaining good relationship with all parties i.e. principals, clients.

13. To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Building Management System (BMS) AND ELV WORK: 3 years (Required)
