Job Summary
TD Fabrics seeks a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong numerical and costing skills and a passion for client engagement to manage project costing, prepare quotations, review specifications, and support business development in interior, hospitality, and soft-furnishing projects.
Responsibilities
Calculate and prepare accurate project cost estimates and quotations for interior, hospitality, and soft-furnishing projects to support sales efforts
Review project specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and project scope
Collaborate with clients and industry partners to build and maintain strong business relationships that drive growth
Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to client meetings and presentations
Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress and client satisfaction
Demonstrate a proactive attitude by anticipating client needs and addressing challenges promptly and effectively
