Job Description:

1. Regularly review, analyse, and adjust demand forecasts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure product availability and minimize stock-out risks.
2. Manage the E2E order fulfilment process, from order entry and processing through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
3. Identify performance gaps, key business drivers, and potential risks, work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
4. Conduct regular demand and supply flow forecasting to support business and inventory planning.
5. Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, inventory management, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Logistics, or related field.
2. Strong communication skill with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
4. Knowledge of Incoterms, HS Code classification, import/export declarations, and customs clearance procedures.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
