Leighton Asia Hiring! Full Time Project Coordinator in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in A&A Works, Architectural Builder's Work & Finishes (ABWF) and Commercial Fit-Out Projects to support the delivery of project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural and builder's works packages, managing interfaces between ABWF and MEP trades, monitoring subcontractor performance, driving construction activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on program and to the required quality standards.

Job Duties:

A&A and ABWF Coordination

• Coordinate all A&A, architectural and ABWF works

• Review construction drawings, specifications and shop drawings

• Coordinate builder's work requirements arising from MEP installations

• Monitor progress of architectural trades and identify program risks

• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, ABWF and MEP subcontractors

Fit-Out Management

• Manage day-to-day fit-out activities across multiple work fronts

• Coordinate access requirements and sequencing of trades

• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

• Assist in planning and implementing phased handover and commissioning requirements

Design and Technical Coordination

• Participate in design coordination and technical review meetings

• Review site clashes and facilitate resolution with consultants and subcontractors

• Coordinate RFIs, technical queries and design changes

• Track outstanding design issues and close-out actions

Site Planning and Progress Monitoring

• Prepare and monitor short-term look-ahead program

• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics

• Support construction sequencing and workface planning

• Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring

Quality and Handover

• Coordinate inspections and quality control activities

• Monitor defect rectification works

• Assist with preparation of handover documentation

• Support completion of punch lists, testing records and as-built information

• Check supplier/delivery paperwork in line with the standard documentation requirements

• Coordinate with Engineering / Construction / Quality departments for inspection of the goods

• Liaise with external parties in understanding the requirements in terms of equipment and materials etc

• Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Architectural Studies, Building Services or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Hong Kong construction projects.

• Proven experience in A&A, ABWF Works, commercial fit-out projects
