We are now looking for a Designer, on a 6-month contract, who has an eye for good design and a knack for turning ideas into things people actually see — on shelves, in stores, and on their phones. If you're creative, fast, and want your work seen rather than sitting in a review deck, we'd love to have you on our team.

What do we need you to do:

• Design POS materials — shelf talkers, danglers, posters, standees, price cards, and in-store displays for our retail partners
• Create social media content — graphics, short-form video/reels, and carousels for our social channels and online store
• Produce packaging artwork, banners, brochures, and event materials
• Support our product catalogue refresh and go-to-market collateral for product launches
• Handle the practical side of production — liaising with printers, keeping design files and brand assets organised
• Admin tasks as they come up — this is a lean team, not a big agency

What do we need from you:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign is a plus
• Comfortable in Canva for fast social turnarounds
• A portfolio that shows both print/POSM work and social media content — please include a link with your application
• Bonus: basic video editing for Reels/TikTok (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Able to work fast and independently, and take feedback well — retail marketing runs on tight deadlines
