Responsible for data entries and bookkeeping
Prepare payments and monthly expenses file
Reconcile bank statements, accounting records & portfolios
Maintaining deposits, AR, AP spreadsheets
Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities, including, cashflow summary, account reconciliations and verifications; the preparation of accounting schedules.
Support data management of corporate product information.
Requirement
3-4 years’ experience in accounting
Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as accounting software – MYOB
Experience in equities investment with knowledge in Bloomberg is a plus
Good command in English
Hong Kong Citizen/Permanent Resident
