Responsibilities
Main Duties & Requirements
Partner with 2 Sales & Operations Assistants to provide dedicated on-site commercial support for FairPrice (FP) stores, particularly following the expansion of OJJ's Frozen Pork SKU conversion and Australia Chilled Pork business.
Manage an assigned FP stores under a zonal coverage model, with the Sales & Operations team divided into three zones to ensure efficient store support.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Store Managers, Team Leaders, and Storekeepers to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Conduct regular store visits to support:
Product merchandising and availability
RTV (Return-to-Vendor) verification and follow-up
Product quality checks and issue resolution
Sales execution and operational support
Provide proactive feedback on store issues, promotional execution, and operational improvements to the Commercial team.
Working Hours
5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday: 8am to 12pm)
