Responsibilities

• Supervisor overall installation, maintenance and repair work of Hotel equipments;

• Lead and manage subordinates to ensure engineering responsibilities are fulfilled;

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with contracts, leases, services agreements and warranties;

• Ensure system preventative maintenance are completed in accordance with the Master Planned Maintenance schedule;

• Coordinate with external contractors in carrying out routine maintenance and ensure technical efficiency of all services through close supervision;

• Keep track of efficient utilities generation and distribution;

• Monitor engineering tools and report stock level.

工作職責

• 監督酒店各項設備的安裝、保養及維修工程；

• 帶領及督導工程部團隊，確保各項工程按時及按標準完成；

• 確保所有工程項目及維修工作符合相關法例、牌照規定、服務合約、保養條款及酒店標準；

• 確保所有保養工作能按維修計劃執行:

• 統籌及監督外判承辦商進行維修及保養工作，確保工程質量、技術和安全標準要求達標:

• 監察酒店各項機電及公用設施系統，以維持最佳運作效能;

• 負責工程工具、設備及物料庫存管理。

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ Hotel or Apartment engineering experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity

• Higher Diploma in Engineering (Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental) or equivalent is an advantage but not a must

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License/ Boiler Operator License/ Gas Welding License/ Confined Space (Certificated Worker)/ Gondola Operator License

• Holder of Construction Site Safety Card

• Highly organized, self-motivated, attention to details and good team player

• Good communications, interpersonal and leadership skills

入職要求

• 至少具備 4 年酒店或服務式住宅工程維修及保養工作經驗，其中最少 兩 年擔任主管級職位；

• 持有工程高級文憑（屋宇設備／電機／機械／環境）或同等學歷者優先；

• 持有註冊電業工程人員牌照／鍋爐操作員牌照／氣體焊接牌照／密閉空間核准工人證書／吊船操作員牌照；

• 持有有效建造業安全訓練證明書（平安卡）；

• 具高度組織能力、積極主動、注重細節，並具良好團隊合作精神；

• 具備良好人際溝通能力及 領導能力。
