Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, supporting daily restaurant operations, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers warmly to create a welcoming dining atmosphere
Accurately take customer orders and serve food and beverages to meet customer expectations
Prepare and clear dining tables efficiently before and after service to maintain smooth operations
Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately for seamless transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas to comply with health standards
Support takeaway and delivery operations by preparing orders and coordinating with delivery staff as needed
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards consistently during all tasks
Perform additional operational duties assigned by the supervisor to support restaurant functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not required
Positive attitude with effective customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Openness to training and skill development
