Role Description

Assistant Manager -Commercial & Industrial

To drive the commercial performance, market positioning, sales and business development of commercial and industrial property developments.

The role will support product planning, pricing, market assessment and go-to-market strategies to ensure that projects are commercially viable and aligned with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies for industrial, commercial and business-related property products.

* Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and demand analysis to identify market trends, pricing opportunities and potential customer segments.

* Provide commercial input during product planning, including product mix, unit sizing, layout, specifications, pricing and phasing strategies.

* Identify and engage potential investors, business owners, industrial operators, SMEs, anchor tenants and strategic partners.

* Develop appropriate pricing, sales packages, incentives and promotional strategies to achieve targeted sales and absorption rates.

* Work closely with Planning, Development, Leasing, Marketing, Finance and other relevant teams to ensure product offerings are commercially competitive.

* Monitor sales performance, inventory, take-up rate, conversion and market response, and recommend adjustments where required.

* Support the development of industrial and commercial ecosystems, including identifying suitable business clusters, anchor operators and complementary uses.

* Manage and develop relationships with property agencies, industrial specialists, business associations and other external stakeholders.

* Prepare commercial proposals, feasibility assessments, management papers and presentations for management review and approval.

* Support new business opportunities and strategic initiatives related to industrial parks, business hubs, commercial developments and investment properties.
