Key responsibilities:

• Engage customers to understand modernization requirements and business objectives.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, solutioning discussions, and architecture design sessions.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customer presentations.
• Develop solution strategies, effort estimations, and solution costing.
• Work closely with sales teams to qualify, shape, and win modernization opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• Application Development & Modernization
• Strong Java background (primary skill)
• .NET knowledge is advantageous
• AWS architecture and cloud modernization expertise
• Modern application architectures including:
• Microservices
• Kubernetes / Docker
• Serverless technologies
• API-led architectures
• DevSecOps
• CI/CD pipelines
• Ideal candidate profile:
• Started their career as a Developer, Technical Lead, Architect, or AWS Solution Architect and subsequently moved into a Pre-Sales, Consulting Architect, or Solutioning role.
• Proven experience leading:
• Customer workshops
• Solution presentations
• Technical discovery sessions
• POCs and demonstrations
• RFP/RFI responses
• Proposal development

Strong experience within System Integrators (SI), Global System Integrators (GSI), IT Services, or Consulting organizations.

Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance environments would be highly valued.
