Mobilize Physiotherapy is a modern private physiotherapy clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, one-on-one care. We are expanding our clinical team and are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals while growing professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment in a private clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programmes based on patients' goals and clinical needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, insurers and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational records.
• Contribute to the clinic's education and brand presence through community events and social media initiatives where appropriate.

Requirements

• Holder of a valid Certificate of Registration (Part 1a or Part 1b) and Practising Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong.
• Pilates certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a private practice is an advantage.
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centred, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, professional, friendly and genuinely caring towards patients.
