Responsibilities
5.5 day, AM & PM (Rotating Shift)

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Record daily warehouse operational dates into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Inventory System accurately and promptly to keep records fully up to date.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up consistently to resolve requests.
Manage inbound and outbound shipment schedules with customers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
Conduct and support weekly cycle counts as well as monthly and annual stock audits.
Maintain structured files for warehouse documentation and keep accurate servicing records for equipment.
Perform daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.
Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level education with at least 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word), with operating experience in VNA, stackers, or forklifts being a strong advantage.
