Job Description:

• Responsible for the implementation of strategic production plans to fulfill customer orders and achieve company's objectives.
• Consolidate weekly and daily schedules for production planning and hardware capacity allocation to maximize machine utilization.
• Plan and coordinate schedules to ensure each operation meets customer delivery deadlines.
• Oversee daily production activities, monitoring performance metrics to ensure timely completion of goods and adherence to the master schedule.
• Proactively identify and resolve manufacturing constraints, including WIP (Work-in-Progress) bottlenecks, material shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
• Perform production output monitoring, verify, compile daily production output data, and prepare relevant reports such as KPI, machine utilization, FOTD analysis and improvement.
• Ensure the customers' semiconductor chips move through the testing lines quickly and smoothly.
• Perform other ad hoc jobs as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
• 5-8 years of working experience in production planning and control functions.
• Previous exposure to a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally within electronics or semiconductor burn-in and testing sub-sectors, is highly advantageous.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to details.
• Highly proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, and experience in navigating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP software.
• Possess leadership traits to coordinate smoothly across cross-functional departments.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities to handle cross-functional teams, and ability to thrive under tight schedules.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
