Responsibilities

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering AI and reporting projects that enhance organisational efficiency. You will coordinate between business, IT, and external partners to ensure projects meet objectives and standards. The role requires a proactive approach to project management, solution development, and continuous innovation support.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Business, STEM, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management within financial services
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital or AI-related projects in banking or insurance environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or data/knowledge management is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and reporting initiatives, including planning, solution design, execution, and quality assurance
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and ensure alignment across business, IT, and external partners
- Monitor performance of AI solutions and collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute to innovation within the organisation
- Ensure structured project delivery and contribute to continuous process enhancements
Requirements:
- On-site working environment
- Degree in business management, STEM, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management in financial services
- Proven experience managing complex change projects within banking or insurance sectors
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompting, or data/knowledge management
