Responsibilities
- 5 days Workweek
- Medical and Dental Reimbursement
- Annual Variable Bonus
- Assist in sourcing ad hoc materials as per company requirements.
- Drive to suppliers' locations or other designated places to purchase or collect items promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and filing documents.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
- Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement or logistics.
- Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations
