Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee our daily restaurant operations and lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train and motivate restaurant staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Monitor food quality, service standards and restaurant cleanliness.
Manage inventory, stock levels and minimise wastage.
Monitor sales, expenses and operational costs.
Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
Implement company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct staff briefings and monitor staff performance.
Assist with promotions and initiatives to increase sales.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Handle other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant/F&B management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude.
Salary:
$2,800 - $3,800
