We’re Hiring | Brand & Communications Executive

At PopoMama, we’re on a mission to improve women’s health through evidence-based nutrition, education and structured cycle care.

As we continue growing across Malaysia and the region, we’re looking for a Brand & Communications Executive to help strengthen our brand, grow our community and bring our mission to more women.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content across PR, articles, social media and corporate communications

• Build relationships with media, influencers, healthcare professionals, partners and key stakeholders

• Build and grow PopoMama’s customer community, strengthening engagement, loyalty and advocacy

• Support community outreach, educational programmes, CSR and impact marketing campaigns

• Develop compelling brand stories and impact communications

• Monitor media, community engagement and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communications or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome

• Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills

• Confident in engaging media, partners and stakeholders

• Creative, proactive and organised, with the ability to turn ideas into execution

• Passionate about community engagement, education and positive social impact

• Tech-savvy and quick to adopt AI and productivity tools to improve content quality and execution

• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

RM3,000–RM5,000 + Allowances
