Area of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering regular reports, provide variance analysis, and provide support related forecasting/ budgeting preparation

Job Description:

• Responsible for delivering regular reports as assigned by manager with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide variance analysis of Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, and other business related KPIs with necessary details to take action and decisions by management
• Support to prepare presentation as assigned by manager
• Improve all processes related to responsible reports to ensure efficient and accurate reporting
• Provide support related forecasting/ budgeting preparation
• Support any ad hoc requirements as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• At least 3 years experience in reporting, analysis or planning area
• Advanced MS Excel skill
• A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
• Highly responsible, service-minded and positive attitude
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a great personality
